PrayerNote

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PrayerNote. By creating an account you agree to them.

Using PrayerNote

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

What you write stays yours

Everything you write in PrayerNote — your prayers, notes, requests and answers — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it for anything other than running the app for you.

We need limited permission to store and display your content so the app works: to show your journal back to you, to deliver a request to the circle you posted it in, and to open a prayer you shared with someone.

What the AI is and isn't

PrayerNote uses AI to help you put words to a prayer and to answer questions about Scripture. It is a writing aid.

It is not a pastor, a counsellor, or a substitute for Scripture itself. It can be wrong. It does not speak for God. Read what it writes with the same discernment you would bring to anything else, and take anything serious to someone you trust.

PrayerNote is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional or an emergency service in your country.

Circles and what you share

Anything you post to a circle is visible to everyone in that circle. Anything you share by link is visible to anyone who opens it.

Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or that harasses another person. Do not share someone else's private information. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Circle owners can remove members and delete a circle. Deleting a circle removes its content for everyone in it.

Subscriptions

The free tier is free and stays free. Ambassador is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Play Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the App Store or Play Store, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not process payments ourselves and cannot issue refunds directly — refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Prices may change. If they do, we will tell you before it affects you.

Credits

Free accounts include a number of credits for AI prayers and Bible answers. Credits can be earned by inviting friends. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. This permanently removes your prayers, journal, saved answers and circles you created, for everyone in them. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that separately through the App Store or Play Store.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The app is provided as it is

We work to keep PrayerNote reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PrayerNote after that means you accept the new terms.
